Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hondo Sign Co. The following policy explains our production, shipping, tracking, and delivery procedures.

Production Time

Most Hondo Sign Co. products are custom-made after an order is placed. Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Hondo Sign Co. selects the carrier based on the package size, weight, and destination. Stickers will generally ship by USPS, while larger banners and mailing tubes may ship by UPS.

Our standard production time is approximately 3–7 business days after we receive:

• Full payment

• Usable artwork

• Complete order information

• Approval of the digital proof, when required

Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Large orders, complex designs, multiple revisions, specialty materials, equipment problems, severe weather, or supply delays may require additional production time. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Proof Approval

Orders requiring a digital proof will not enter production until the customer approves the proof.

Delays in responding to proof requests, artwork questions, or requests for additional information will extend the estimated completion and delivery dates.

Free Standard Shipping

Hondo Sign Co. offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Any available expedited, oversized, or special shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or included in a custom quote.

Estimated Shipping Time

After production is complete, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, rural delivery locations, and other circumstances outside our control.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available on certain orders for an additional charge.

Selecting expedited shipping only shortens the carrier’s transit time. It does not shorten artwork preparation, proof approval, printing, cutting, finishing, or other production time unless rush production is separately approved by Hondo Sign Co.

Contact info@hondosignco.com before ordering if your project must arrive by a specific date. We cannot guarantee a delivery deadline unless it is expressly confirmed in writing.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after a label is created or the package is accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact info@hondosignco.com immediately if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping preparation begins.

Hondo Sign Co. is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package.

Carrier Delays

Once a package is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, its movement and delivery are controlled by the carrier.

Hondo Sign Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, weather interruptions, incorrect carrier scans, or other shipping events outside our control. We will provide reasonable assistance when a customer needs help locating a delayed package.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include consenting to the delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated or a package appears to be lost, contact us at info@hondosignco.com.

Please allow reasonable time for the carrier to complete its investigation. We may require the customer’s cooperation when submitting a missing-mail search, carrier claim, or other documentation.

A replacement or refund may be offered after the loss is verified and the carrier’s required investigation has been completed.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

1. Check around the delivery location.

2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.

3. Allow one additional business day because carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before final delivery.

4. Contact the shipping carrier.

5. Contact Hondo Sign Co. if the package remains missing.

Hondo Sign Co. is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help the customer investigate the situation.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact info@hondosignco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged product

• Photographs of the outside packaging

• Photographs of the shipping label

• A description of the damage

Please retain the product and all packaging until we complete our review. We may need this information to submit a carrier claim.

After reviewing the claim, Hondo Sign Co. may provide a replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Multiple Packages

Larger orders or orders containing different products may be shipped in separate packages. Each package may have a different tracking number and delivery date.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available only when specifically offered during checkout or arranged directly with Hondo Sign Co. Customers will be notified when a pickup order is ready.

Do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation that the order is complete.
